Low carbon green raw materials
1100&3003 alloy of our company is completely melted into billet rolls by recycled aluminum. Compared with the production of primary metals, the energy required for 1 ton of recycled aluminum is only about 5% of the original aluminum, saving 13350 kWh, 22 m³ and 20 tons of solid waste. At the same time, 0.8 tons of carbon dioxide can be reduced, and the pollutant emissions are only 10% of the pollutants generated in the whole process of primary aluminum production.
The use of recycled aluminum accounts for nearly 58% of the company's products.

Green production process
The paint shall be stored in a standard way, away from light, ventilation and fire.
The paint bucket and remaining paint shall be disposed in strict accordance with the level of hazardous waste chemicals.
The tail gas of coating production curing furnace is discharged after incineration at 750 ℃, and the heat of incinerator is recycled to reduce energy consumption.
